You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, the item is yours forever. Even Griznak's lawyers couldn't argue with 30 days. He tried.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. If it looks like it's been through a siege, me not taking it back. We will know. Moissanite sparkles differently when scratched — our goblin gemologist has eyes like an eagle.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email (the smoke signals went out of fashion after the third siege). If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Griznak does not issue refunds in gold coins, lumber, or food units, no matter how politely you ask.

• Items that have been worn, resized, or engraved after purchase
• Items damaged by misuse, misadventure, or siege warfare
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items marked FINAL LOOT (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Send a return request to instanthpi@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. "Me changed me mind" is an acceptable reason. Griznak will reply within 48 hours with instructions on where to send the item. Do not send items back without confirmation — we are not responsible for packages that arrive unannounced at the war camp.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, Griznak picks up the tab and also personally apologizes, which costs him more than the shipping.

When you place an order, we collect the following information:

• Name — so we know who's buying the shiny things
• Email address — for order confirmation and shipping updates
• Shipping address — to send your loot to the correct kingdom
• Payment information — processed securely through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details

When you visit our site, we also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site, browser type) through cookies. This helps us understand how adventurers move through the emporium so we can improve the map.

All gemstones sold through Glittering Prizes are moissanite (silicon carbide). Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that is harder than diamond on every test except one: it costs a fraction of the price. We consider this a feature, not a bug.

We do not sell natural diamonds. Any listing that describes a stone as "diamond-like" or "diamond-cut" refers to the cut style only, not the material composition. All product listings clearly state the stone type. If you have questions, contact Griznak before purchasing.

Griznak's personal opinion: moissanite sparkles more. Griznak's opinion is not legally binding but is correct.

All prices displayed on glitteringprizes.shop are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Currency conversion at checkout depends on your payment provider. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, conversion fees, or your shock at how far the Canadian dollar travels in the international treasure markets.

Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you pay. No haggling. Griznak has tried negotiating with goblins before and it always ends badly.

Glittering Prizes reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Fraudulent payment or chargebacks without valid reason
• Abusive communication toward staff or the goblin proprietor
• Attempted exploitation of return policies in bad faith
• Being a known Alliance spy (we have methods of detection)

Orders cancelled for legitimate business reasons will receive a full refund.

To the extent permitted by law, Glittering Prizes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, including but not limited to: loss of expected heirloom value, adverse reactions from wearing moissanite (none documented), or compliments so overwhelming you are rendered incapable of speech.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction. Trial by combat is not recognized by Canadian courts, despite Griznak's best lobbying efforts.

All Glittering Prizes products are sourced from international suppliers who specialize in high-quality moissanite jewelry. This means your order ships from overseas — typically from skilled artisan suppliers in Asia — directly to your door.

This allows us to offer exceptional craftsmanship at a fraction of local retail prices, which is exactly what a smart goblin entrepreneur would arrange. We have personally reviewed the quality. The sparkle is real.

Please allow 10–25 business days for delivery. The range depends on:

• Your location and local customs clearance
• Current shipping carrier volumes
• Whether the postal dragon encountered headwinds over the mountains

Most orders arrive within 15–18 business days. Orders to remote locations or during peak seasons (Feast of Winter Veil, etc.) may take closer to 25 days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment's journey across the world. Updates may take 2–5 business days after dispatch to appear in the carrier's tracking system. This is normal — the peons haven't learned to update the system in real time yet.

Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country's government. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Griznak wishes he controlled the kingdoms' tariff systems. He does not. Yet.

Canadian customers: most jewelry shipments arrive without additional duties when properly declared. For other countries, please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at instanthpi@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or issue a full refund depending on the circumstances. Griznak does not abandon customers whose caravans were ambushed.
